How to Change Identity in Outlook 2011 Mac

An identity contains a set of email messages, contacts, tasks, calendars, account settings, and more. Your identity is located in the Microsoft User Folder data. As we all know that an identity in Outlook 2011 holds data records as email messages, contacts, tasks, account setting, calenders and all other items as well. And the default location of Outlook 2011 database file is-

Create a New Identity in Outlook 2011

• To create a new identity on your Mac Machine, click on “Add (+)” button and put the name of your new identity.

 

Note: if you want to rename the existing identity, then by double clicking on the that identity you can rename it (you can add, delete, rename or set that identity as a default identity with Outlook 2011 can perform from the same window).

• Now select your new identity as a default identity for Mac Outlook 2011 by clicking on the configuration icon.
• Now close the current window. To confirm the done changes, open your Outlook 2011 application.
